Exercise, especially during the warmer months, can actually be fun when it's done outside. Take advantage of the 1 and 1.5 mile paths at the park you can use for walking or jogging. There is also a bicycle path for those who love to ride. Take in the breeze and enjoy nature while getting in shape.

A lot of parks don't allow dogs on the premises but Cedar Creek created a dog run especially for your four legged friends. The play area is located a small distance from the administration building and includes separate spaces for big and small dogs. Take a seat and watch them go.

The unexpected activities the park offers local residents is a year round archery range, tether car race track and aerodrome field for radio - controlled airplanes. Looking for that perfect spot to fly? Cedar Creek is the place to go. The park even hosts model  - aircraft shows on a regular basis so keep an eye out for new events.

You can pretty much do it all at the park. Even if you want to have a picnic or lay in the grass and relax. With its gates open and arms spread wide, Cedar Creek welcomes people of all ages to enjoy life, have some fun and appreciate its beauty.
