In Olympic style, young students from Ultimate Champions Tae Kwon Do Seaford brought home some gold of their own on Saturday, August 4th when they competed in form, board-breaking and nunchuks at the UCTA 2nd Annual Tae Kwon Do Festival held at Chaminade High School. Featured in the photo are Matthew Sheintul, Jake Nill, Kevin Cantley and Alex Kapilovich who all placed in the top 3 in their respective events.

$20 million of the $40 million will be spent on adding a pocket track, presumably east of…Read More Massapequa. Currently, trains are reversed east of the Wantagh interlocking, and while the engineer walks through the train, it blocks the track. This addition of a "pocket track" will probably also help Wantagh commuters some times, just as an emergency pull-over space on the LIE helps.
