Get Out May 5-8: Cinco de Mayo, Live Music and More

Indulge in all the Wantagh-Seaford area has to offer this weekend.

It's been a long work week but don't worry, the weekend is finally here and Wantagh-Seaford Patch has found some great things for our readers to do.

Take advantage of the nice weather with a high school lacrosse game or an outdoor egg hunt, or hang out inside with one of Wantagh's favorite happy hours.

El Coyote Loco of Seaford is hosting the best Cinco de Mayo party in town! On top of their usual delicious cocktails and cuisine, the restaurant is offering great prizes, music and live entertainment.

Johnny Malone's offers a low key happy hour and serves as the perfect place to unwind after work. All beers and mixed drinks are half off, and a free dinner buffet is available.

Head to the field at Seaford High School to cheer on your favorite Vikings as the Seaford varsity lacrosse team hosts Byram Hills High School. All are welcome to attend.

4. NCC Theatre Presents "Doubt"

Where: Nassau Community College
Pricing: $9; $7 for seniors and students

Nassau Community College's Theatre and Dance Department is presenting "Doubt" this weekend, a performance depicting a nun who suspects a priest of inappropriate behavior with the altar boys. An award winning show, the cast often leaves the audience in suspense throughout the play.

Join the Kiwanis Family for a fun fundraising afternoon. "Scramble for Charity" will feature an egg hunt for prizes and money to donate to their Kiwanis charity of choice. Several other activities and surprises are in store.
