Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway Construction Expands
Southern half of Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway under construction.

The ongoing construction project on the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway has expanded.
Construction which had been limited to the southern part of the expressway, has stretched north toward Exit 7, the Hempstead Turnpike.
Heading north on the Seaford-Oyster Bay, the left lane has been closed from Exit 1 in Seaford, to Exit 7. Two lanes have been closed heading south from Exit 3 to Exit 1.
There were also signs on the road warning motorists that there could be closures on ramps beginning Monday.
