Video: Tackapausha Preserve Gets a Cleanup
Seventh annual cleanup of the Seaford preserve held this past Saturday.
The Seaford Wellness Council sponsored its seventh annual cleanup of the this past Saturday.
The cleanup of the preserve, located in Seaford along the Massapequa border, took place in conjunction with the American Hiking Society’s National Trails Day 2011 celebration that was conducted across the country on Saturday. Many community organizations participated in the cleanup including the , the Seaford Lions Club and Key Club.
Following the cleanup there was a volunteer appreciation barbeque held that was partially funded by the Seaford Lions Club.
