Wantagh Senior Center Officials Honored
Town of Hempstead recognizes leaders of local senior center on May 2.
Two official from the Wantagh Senior Center were recently honored by the Town of Hempstead.
Eileen Hussey, president of the Wantagh Senior Center, and Mel Wells, president of the Wantagh Senior Center Men’s Club, were recognized during the Town of Hempstead’s annual Presidents’ Recognition Day on May 2. This event recognizes the selfless contributions and volunteer efforts of senior center and senior club presidents, made on behalf of their fellow seniors.
The Wantagh Senior Center is located on 1150 Seamans Neck Road.
