Mulcahy’s Pub & Concert Hall in Wantagh is giving back to the local community that faced the wrath of Superstorm Sandy.
Mulcahy’s is offering a complimentary Family Meal on Wednesday evening from 5-7 p.m. Stacy Allen, director of catering at Mulcahy’s, said all local Wantagh and Seaford families are welcome to attend the event, which will feature a buffet for dinner and a place for people to charge their phones if needed. Coffee and water will also be served.
"We are heartbroken for our local community family members and Mulcahy’s would like the opportunity to lend a helping hand," Allen said.
Allen added that if anyone in the local community would like to donate desserts for families to eat at the event they may drop them off on Wednesday after 11 a.m. at Mulcahy’s, which is located on 3232 Railroad Ave.
