Feb. 17: Warmer Weather, Potholes, Basketball Playoffs

What's happening in and around Wantagh and Seaford.

1. According to the National Weather Service, the high temperature today is near 51 degrees which is certainly a sign that spring is right around the corner!

5. The  boys basketball team hosts Hewlett in a first round playoff game starting at 7 p.m. The Vikings finished the regular season atop the Conference A-IV standings at 8-2 and 14-3 overall to earn the three seed in the Class A playoffs.
