1. 3397 Silverton Ave-  Sold for $799,00 on Oct. 17.

2. 2449 Riverside Dr. – Sold for $560,000 on July 19.

3. 3390 Manchester Rd.- Sold for $498,000 on Aug. 12.

4. 3201 Waterbury Dr. – Sold for $463,000 on Oct. 5.

5. 1841 Cornelius Ave- Sold for $456,000 on Aug. 1.

 Seaford

1. 3790 Hollis Ln.- Sold for $465,000 on Aug. 14.

2. 4036 Burke CT- Sold for $430,000 on Sept. 6.

3. 1645 Pinewood Rd.- Sold for $420,000 on Aug. 15.

4. 2635 Bryant Dr.- Sold for $415,000 on Sept. 12.

5. 3559 Bayview St.- Sold for $405,000 on Aug. 14.
