Storm Watch Issued for Long Island Friday

Two to five inches of snow forecasted.

It's not going to be as bad as the last time, but get ready for another possible snow storm.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for all of Long Island Friday. The watch means that there is the potential for snow, sleet or ice accumulation, that could impact travel.

The snow is forecast to begin Friday morning, leaving two to five inches when it's all over. But it could dump up to six inches or more in areas where snow bands linger. The heaviest snowfall is expected to come late Friday morning into this evening. But it will be a far cry from the Christmas Weekend blizzard.
