Hope for Hempstead Shelter, a shelter reform advocacy group, will be holding a rally to demand complete reform of the Shelter on Saturday, March 19 at noon in the parking lot of the Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter located at 3320 Beltagh Ave., Wantagh.
