The Seaford American Legion (Edwin Welch, Jr. Post 1132) will once again host the community's annual Memorial Day parade and service. The date is Monday, May 30th and the kickoff time is 10 a.m. The parade will form at 9:30 a.m. at Verity Plaza behind the Seaford Cinema. The line of march will move north on Washington Avenue, west on Sunset Avenue and will end at the 4 Chaplains monument in front of Seaford Middle School. A memorial service will follow immediately thereafter. Community organizations wishing to participate should contact Parade Chairman Ed Smith at 516-799-5613.
