Wax Your Brows Like a Pro

How to wax yourbrows like a pro!

If our eyes are the windows to the soul, our eyebrows are certainly the window dressing. Malynda Vigliotti (aka Boom Boom), owner of Boom Boom Brow Bar (35 Seventh Avenue, NYC), shapes over 500 brows a month and is regularly questioned about how to shape the perfect set. The answer is, there are no perfect brows - brows are sisters, not twins! BUT, there are some fundamentals to follow and Boom Boom is spilling the beans in order to inspire women everywhere to go for big, bold, beautiful brows.

Start by LETTING THEM GROW, so you have something to work with. Then, follow Boom Boom’s 6 steps to GORG brows (see side photo). At just $24 a pop and 10 minutes, it’s a no brainer to get a pro job, but Boom Boom wants DIY’ers to know too! So take a look at these super easy steps and you'll best fast on your way to beautiful brows!

About Malynda Vigliotti (aka Boom Boom) - the flashiest waxer in town: She’s obsessed with brows and sees no reason why everyone shouldn’t have a thick gorgeous set. After all, they are the most important feature on the face. Boom Boom knows there's no such thing as natural beauty, but she does believe a perfectly done brow is an instant eyelift – no Botox necessary! Waxing can be fun and affordable for everyone! $20 million of the $40 million will be spent on adding a pocket track, presumably east ofRead More Massapequa. Currently, trains are reversed east of the Wantagh interlocking, and while the engineer walks through the train, it blocks the track. This addition of a "pocket track" will probably also help Wantagh commuters some times, just as an emergency pull-over space on the LIE helps.

True, true, I'm sure there's a political payoff/payback here somewhere.

A tantalizing, mind-teasing story about a faceless team with no names who won honorable mention forRead More some project about which we learned absolutely nothing from this article. Journalism 101: Who what, why when and where?
