Charles C. Smith of Wantagh passed away on Oct. 4.
Smith was pre-deceased by his children Michael and Patricia and brother Jeffrey. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Patricia, daughter Maureen, grandchildren Erin, Lauren, Michael, Charlie and Luke and brother Robert.
A wake for Smith was held at Wantagh Abbey with funeral services at St. William the Abbott R.C. Church in Seaford. Burial occurred at Calverton National Cemetery.
