while Wantagh will be discussing and Voting , and other SD's surrounding Seaford have made decisions. Seaford's leadership will just be making a statement. No vote no discussion. Here's the SD's response to my inquiry.. Lorraine The Special Meeting on March 11th was only for the purpose of conducting interviews for the Assistant Superintendent for Business position. The Veterans’ exemption is not on this evening’s agenda. Board President Brian Fagan is planning on making a statement concerning the Veterans’ Exemption at the beginning of tonight’s meeting (March 13, 2014 – 7:30 p.m. Manor All Purpose Room). Carmen

Disrespectful cowardly Seaford SLAPPED EVERY Seaford VET in the face and SPIT them in the eye by decided NOT to vote At all thus denying EVERY combat VET in Seaford the exemption.. one even said under their breathe " we give them a parade !!! "

Seaford's BOE by their own words and admission along with their legal team, Acting Sup for business and Brian Conboy could NOT decipher the language of the bill, couldn't calculate the cost to the taxpayers and obviously couldn't find their own posterior in the bathroom in the dark. Either we have IDIOTS on the Board and as a Superintendent or they are once again lying thru their teeth..

Does anyone know if the Hasset Ford Dealership has a tax break through the Town of Hempstead Industrial Development Agency as Nissan of Massapequa has a tax break.
