School District Tax Exemption for VETERANS

VETERANS  PLS READ !  IF you are a US Veteran- Governor Cuomo signed into law a Veterans property tax exemption for SCHOOL Taxes ! One BIG "HOWEVER" Veterans must apply directly to their School Board and the exemption MUST be APPROVED by their respective SCHOOL BOARD. The bill number is S1199and was combined with A565 and was signed into law December 18,2013! Call your SD TODAY and APPLY !  Hopefully  ALL SD's will honor our vets and approve the discount !
