The following information is taken directly from the Nassau County Police Department's Seventh Precinct incident reports. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate a conviction.
- An iPod and GPS were stolen from a vehicle parked on Seaford Avenue along the Massapequa-Seaford border on May 2. No damage to the vehicle was reported.
- On May 3, Kenneth Koche, 70, of Wantagh was arrested at Walmart locared at the Sunrise Mall in Massapequa and charged with petit larceny.
- On May 5, Ricardo Jurado, 26, of Hicksville was arrested on Sunrise Highway in Seaford and charged with driving while intoxicated as well as two vehicle and traffic law violations.
