Crime Report: DWI Arrest, Stolen Jewelry

Recent incident reports in Wantagh and Seaford from the 7th Precinct.

  • A man reported to police on Oct. 21 that the TD Bank on 3222 Sunrise Hwy, Wantagh notified him of 15 unauthorized withdrawals made from his account starting in June from four different branches.
  • On Oct. 22 Thomas P. Mulhern, 57, of Massapequa Park was arrested on Merrick Road in Seaford and charged with driving while intoxicated and one vehicle and traffic law violation.
  • A woman on Douglas Place in Seaford reported to police on Oct. 22 that jewelry was taken from her bedroom and damage was done to her laptop computer by an unknown person.  No forced entry was observed.
  • On Oct. 22 a man reported that his Blackberry was taken from his unlocked GMC boat docked at the Wantagh Park Boat Basin on Kings Road.
  • On Oct. 25 Justin Saloman, 17, of Seaford, was arrested on Walsall Street in Seaford and charged with leaving an incident without a report.

The information is taken directly from the Nassau County Police Department's Seventh Precinct incident reports. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime.
