Crime Report: Graffiti Sprayed, DWIs

• On Feb. 16, John Vitali, 17, of Wantagh was arrested on Kings Road in Wantagh and charged with driving while intoxicated and one driving out of class violation.
• An iPod Touch and Bose Headphones were reported stolen on Feb. 16 from a 2007 Red GMC Suburban parked on Blue Point Court in Wantagh.
• Graffiti was reported to have been sprayed in glue on a vehicle parked on Seamans Neck Road in Wantagh on Feb. 17.
• A man on Jane Street in Wantagh reported an attempted burglary on Feb. 18. The complainant was watching the victims home when he received a phone call from a neighbor stating the rear window was ajar. The complainant discovered the window had a broken clasp, but no entry was gained.
• On Feb. 20, Jaclyn C Trovato, 22 of Seaford was arrested at the corner of Division Avenue and Merrick Road in Massapequa and charged with driving while intoxicated and one vehicle and traffic law violation.
• A man reported to police on Feb. 20 that he was assaulted by three males on Merrick Road in Wantagh.
