Crime Report: Underage House Party Busted, Restaurant Burglaries

Recent incident reports in Wantagh and Seaford from the 7th Precinct.

The following information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department's Seventh Precinct. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate a conviction. 

  • Corry’s Ale House on 3274 Railroad Ave, Wantagh was burglarized on Jan. 8 with a case of beer stolen.
  • A 19-year old female on Bayview Avenue in Wantagh was issue an appearance ticket on Jan. 24 for violating the Social Host Law when police discovered many underage youths in her home’s basement with open beer containers. Officers had responded to the house for a call of a noise complaint. The youths were released to their parents who responded to the scene.
  • On Jan. 26, Felicia M Kessler, 48, of Oceanside was arrested at the headquarters in Seaford and charged with leaving the scene of an accident.
  • A pocketbook was reported stolen from on 3261 Merrick Rd., Wantagh on Jan. 26.
  • in Wantagh was burglarize on Jan. 27. Police said the point of entry was by pushing the air conditioning unit in. No loss was reported.
  • On Jan. 30, Daniel Ralph Dierberger, 42, of Wantagh was arrested on Brooklyn Avenue in Seaford and charged with third-degree burglary.
