The following information is taken directly from the Nassau County Police Department's incident reports. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime.
Levittown
- Tires were punctured on a vehicle parked outside the Tri County Flea Market on March 7.
- A car was reported scratched on Sycamore Lane on March 8.
- A motorcycle license plate was stolen from Haven Lane on March 10.
- A Levittown man was arrested and charge with assault on March 13 after a struggle with a cab driver ended in one man being shot, according to police. For more details on story, click here.
Massapequa
- On March 2 A car was broken into at the Massapequa Long Island Rail Road Station (LIRR), police said. The thief broke through a window and stole a pocketbook, wallet and cell phone at about 2:10 p.m.
- On March 5, there were two more thefts at the Massapequa LIRR Station, police said. A catalytic converter was stolen from a parked vehicle between 2 a.m. and 6:50 p.m., while a battery was stolen from a car between 7 a.m. and 10:20 p.m.
- On March 5, a car was broken into outside of Lucille Roberts on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa, police said. A window was broken and a pocketbook was stolen.
