Crimes Nearby Part I: Levittown Stabbing, Suspicious Vehicle Fire

Recent criminal activity reported for Levittown and Massapequa.

The following information is taken directly from the Nassau County Police Department's incident reports. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime.

Levittown

  • On May 27, jewelry and an MP3 player were stolen from a home on Anvil Lane.
  • On June 1, a laptop was stolen from a home on Furrow Lane.
  • On June 1, license plates were stolen from a car on Tallow Lane.
  • On June 4, a laptop was stolen from a home on Wantagh Avenue.'
  • On June 6, jewelry was stolen from a home on Windmill Lane.
  • On June 8, a pocketbook and contents from a house were stolen on Azalea Road.
  • On June 10, a backpack and a laptop was stolen from a car on Hempstead Turnpike.
  • A Levittown man was arrested on June 14 at his Wantagh Avenue home after an argument led to him allegedly stabbing a 20-year-old male in the head. For more details, click here
