On Sunday, a man was arrested for driving the wrong way on the Wantagh Parkway. Is there any local road that confuses you?
State police said they stopped a potentially dangerous situation on the Wantagh Parkway over the weekend.
An elderly man who troopers said was driving the wrong way on the Parkway, was arrested. The man told authorities that he turned the car around at the Jones Beach tolls, thinking they were closed, when he should have moved left.
