Man Charged With Stolen Motorcycle in Wantagh
Police say Dean Nunez of Deer Park was operating a 2007 Suzuki that was reported stolen.
A Deer Park man was arrested in Wantagh Tuesday evening and charged with operating a stolen motorcycle.
At 6:21 p.m. Tuesday, a motorcycle operated by Dean Nunez of Deer Park, was pulled over by a state trooper on the Southern State Parkway east of the Wantagh Parkway. Nunez, 23, was found to be operating without a license, according to police. The motorcycle, a 2007 Suzuki, was also reported stolen.
Nunez was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property (E Felony), misdemeanor unlicensed operation, and several traffic violations. Nunez will answer the charges in Nassau County First District Court in Hempstead.
