North Massapequa Store Clerk Charged With Selling Alcohol to Minors
Mohammad Wakma charged in two incidents at North Massapequa store located near Seaford border.
A North Massapequa store clerk has been charged with selling alcohol to minors in two separate incidents this month, police said.
Mohammad Wakmal, 50, of North Massapequa, was busted in a sting operation as part of Nassau County's "Project 21" initiative, according to police.
On March 1 he allegedly sold alcohol to a 17-year old girl at the Mini Mart on 903c Broadway without asking for identification. The store is located close to the North Massapequa-Seaford border.

On Sunday cops said he did it again, selling alcohol to a 17-year-old boy at the store. In both cases he was issued a desk appearance ticket and charged with prohibited sale of alcohol to a person under 21. On Sunday he was also charged with unlawfully dealing with a child.
