Police: Forged Prescription Used at Seaford Pharmacy

Holbrook woman accused of forging Oxycodone prescription.

A Holbrook woman was arrested Thursday for forging an oxycoddone prescription and triying to fill it at a pharmacy in Seaford, Nassau County police said.

Krystyna Barna, 28, took the bogus prescription to Charlie's family Pharmacy on Merrick Road on May 16 at 9:48 a.m.

Police picked up Barna at Suffolk County District Court in Central Islip at noon Thursday.  

She was charged with possession of a forged instrument.

The incident did happen in May. The arrest was yesterday. The charge is accurate.
