Police Release Surveillance Photo of Seaford Robbery Suspect

Nassau County Crime Stoppers unit seeking information on man who tried robbing Bravo Jewelers on 3852 Sunrise Highway last week.

The Nassau County Police Department Crime Stoppers unit has released a surveillance photo of a man being sought for an attempted robbery of a Seaford jewelry store last week where an employee was stabbed with scissors in a struggle with the suspect. 

The suspect in the March 21 incident at Bravo Jewelers on 3852 Sunrise Highway is described by police as a white male who is 5-10 and in his early to mid 30s with black/gray hair and slim build. When the man entered the Seaford business with a weapon and demanded jewelry, police said he was wearing a black Adidas jacket, gray sweatshirt, blue jeans and white sneakers.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $5,000 award for information on the Seaford robbery suspect that leads to an arrest and conviction. Anyone with information is asked to call1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
