Police: Seaford Woman Left Scene of Crash
After allegedly fleeing the scene, cops used the K-9 unit to find Monica Hartman, 23, of Seaford.

Monica Hartman, 23, of Seaford, was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, after police said she was involved in an accident on Montauk Highway in East Quogue on Aug. 4 at about 8 p.m.
Cops said Hartman left the scene, but was soon found with the help of the New York State Police K-9 unit.
She was additionally charged with leaving the scene of an accident with injuries, a misdemeanor.
