Two Arrested on Heroin Charges
Police arrested two local men on Friday and charged them with criminal possession of controlled substances.
Police arrested two men in a parking lot at McDonald's in Wantagh on Friday night after finding Valium pills and heroin in their vehicle.
John Fatsis, 30, of Massapequa Park, was allegedly in possession of three wax folds containing heroin and seven Valium pills. Michael Fabrizio. 29, of Bellmore, a passenger in the vehicle, was allegedly in possession of seven wax folds of heroin.
Fatsis was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, while Fabrizio was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.

Fatsis was arraigned on Saturday First District Court. Fabrizio was released on a desk appearance ticket and will be arraigned on Dec. 6.
