VIDEO: Slain ATF Agent Given Hero's Farewell at Wake

A wake was held Wednesday at  Funeral Home in Seaford for ATF agent and Massapequa resident John Capano, who was  trying to stop an armed robbery of  in Seaford on New Year's Eve. 

Capano, a 24-year veteran of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), leaves behind a wife and two children. A funeral mass for Capano, a graduate, is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Friday at  in Seaford followed by burial at St. Charles Cemetery in East Farmingdale.
