How Will the Judge Vote in the Billy Dean's Appeal? [POLL]

The decision of whether Billy Dean will be able to bring his "cabaret" establishment to Wantagh is now in the hands Nassau County Supreme Court Judge Antonio Brandveen.

This week's from Dean comes after the North Bellmore strip club owner argued that the Hempstead Board of Zoning Appeals should have never revoked his original June 2010 approval for cabaret usage at the 3500 Sunrise Highway property in Wantagh.

During a May 18 zoning board hearing, Dean said his planned establishment would have "a Las Vegas style feel," with jugglers, knife throwers and dancers.

Brandveen is expected to issue a decision in the next 60 days.
