How Will the Judge Vote in the Billy Dean's Appeal? [POLL]

Judge Antonio Brandveen is expected to issue a decision in the next 60 days.

The decision of whether Billy Dean will be able to bring his "cabaret" establishment to Wantagh is now in the hands Nassau County Supreme Court Judge Antonio Brandveen.

This week's from Dean comes after the North Bellmore strip club owner argued that the Hempstead Board of Zoning Appeals should have never revoked his original June 2010 approval for cabaret usage at the 3500 Sunrise Highway property in Wantagh.

During a May 18 zoning board hearing, Dean said his planned establishment would have "a Las Vegas style feel," with jugglers, knife throwers and dancers.

Brandveen is expected to issue a decision in the next 60 days.

One appeal is possible by loser but it's hard to see this going to NY Court of Appeals absent a very clever argument.

...hence the modifier, "potentially" available... Other considerations weigh on this potentiality, especially the availability of financial resources, and, time.

Why is it never included that at the April 2010 Hearing Billy Dean said it was going to be the same establishment as his Beelmore Establishment, which is a Strip Club.

Because that is not what was said. That is you believing and hoping that is what he said. That is why it is never included.
