Patch Is Collecting Questions for Obama and Romney During the Next Presidential Debate

If you have a question for the candidates, submit it in the comments section below and it could be asked during the televised Oct. 16 Town Hall Presidential Debate.

If last Wednesday’s presidential debate left you with more questions than answers, here’s your chance for the presidential candidates to address the issues that most matter to you.

The next presidential debate will be a town hall meeting format at Hofstra University on Long Island, where voters will ask President Obama and Mitt Romney about domestic and foreign policy.

Patch is asking you, our readers, to participate by submitting questions for the candidates.

All you have to do is post your question in the comments section below and we’ll send it to the Commission on Presidential Debates. The Commission is partnering with Patch's parent company Aol, along with Google and Yahoo, to take questions from web users across the country.

Don’t wait until Nov. 6 to have a say in this year’s election. Share your thoughts in the comments.

I just did an estimated Tax return based on the assumption that the Alternative Minimum Tax tax patch will expire this year. If it is not renewed, I will suffer a huge tax increase over the amount I would have paid in 2011. Will the patch be renewed before the end of the year? If not, millions of Americans will be forced to pay exorbitant taxes that will ultimately lead to less consumer spending and an enormous drain on the economy. We cannot afford this at this time. .

Romney: What would you do different that will bring this country back to prosperity? Obama: Knowing that you have done a lot to cause this county to spiral downward, why on earth would you want to run for office again? Just saying.....

Why is Monsanto an Evil chemical co disquised as a agricultural corp. allowed to over rule our food supply.????? Causing farmers to lose their farms because they refuse to conform to GMO seed practice and How does Government allow The continuous inhumane treatment of animals for food sources and consumption. It's dispicable!!! Allowing FDA members who also sit on the board at Monsanto make decisions ?? It's blatant corruption. Mr Obama you let me down, you let everyone who eats down. That's the 100%.

The last two debates, there wasn't any questions on gun control. Being that Carolyn McCarthy ( who represent this Congressional district) and NJ Senator Frank Lautenberg are sponsoring gun control bills and NYC Mayor Mike Bloomberg is another gun control advocate, I think this issue should be addressed.
