Peter King on the National Stage

The Congressman from Seaford had a lot to say on the future of the GOP this week. What do you think of his ideas?

Rep. Peter King weighed in on his party's future in New Hampshire this week.

King, R-Seaford, is considering a run for the White House and unveiled his new political action committee in the Granite State, which hosts the nation's first presidential primary.

He also spoke of his vison for the party saying, Republicans need to promote holding the line on taxes, being fiscally responsible, and standing by the military and being prepared.

King has been very critical of Tea Party leaders like Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas and Rand Paul of Kentucky and says he will support candidates who don't support their philosophy.

We want to know what you think. Are you glad to see King in the national spotlight? Do you think he's saving the GOP or splitting it apart?

What do you think of his ideas?
