Town of Hempstead Honors Seaford Lions Club's 60th Anniversary

Hempstead Town Clerk presents Seaford Lions Club president Charles Wroblewski with a certificate of recognition at the organization's Feb. 21 meeting.

The Seaford Lions Club was recognized by the Town of Hempstead this week meeting for its 60th anniversary serving the local community.

Hempstead Town Clerk Mark Bonilla presented Seaford Lions Club president Charles Wroblewski with a certificate of recognition at the organization’s Feb. 21 meeting held at Runyon’s in Seaford. Also accepting the certificate from Bonilla was the group's secretary Frank McKenna, who is also director of the Seaford Public Library

The Seaford Lions Club meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7 p.m. for dinner at Runyon's on 3928 Merrick Rd. For further information on the Seaford Lions Club, log onto to the organization’s website.
