Wantagh High School students lined Shuart Stadium turf last month for 49th annual Newsday Marching Band Festival.

The annual event held at Hofstra's Shuart Stadium draws high school marching bands from all over Long Island to perform shmusic, flag twirling and cheerleading. After performing before a large crowd, the Wantagh musicians were presented a trophy from from Paul Fleishman, Newsday's vice president of public affairs.
