Elementary school students are participating in a host of reading activities in January.

The student body was full of laughs and smiles when the musical comedy of Beth & Scott and Friends, kicked off the school's annual Parents as Reading Partners campaign.

Students are participating in a host of reading activities this month, including writing poems during library time for “Poem in Your Pocket Week,” and wearing pajamas and bringing their favorite books to school. The annual event was coordinated by Library Media Specialist Tara Gonzalez and chaired by Meredith Robins.
