Seaford HS, Library To Open Sunday as Charging Stations

Seaford Public Library and high school will open with charging stations for those impacted by Superstorm Sandy.

The Seaford Public Library and Seaford High School will open their doors Sunday to help those who have lost power from Superstorm Sandy. 

The library, located on 2234 Jackson Ave., will be open on a storm-related basis on Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. for people to charge phones and use the faility's internet service. Seaford High School will be open for a second straigh day Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for district residents to relax in a warm environment and re-charge their electronics. 

Wantagh High School will also be open Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. for charging with coffee also served.
