Seaford HS To Open Saturday As Charging Station For District Residents

Seaford High School to be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday for district residents looking for a warm place to relax and re-charge electronics.

Seaford High School will be open on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for district residents seeking a warm place to relax and re-charge their electronics. 

Saturday's event is restricted to Seaford School District residents only and is not open to pets. Residents are asked to park in the main lot and enter by the gym doors. The facility will be staffed Saturday by community volunteers as well as Seaford Board of Education members and school employees. 

Seaford was hit hard by Superstorm Sandy Monday with many residents still without power. Seaford schools were closed all this week.
