District welcomes students for start of 2012/13 school year.
Students in the Wantagh School District returned to classes for the first day of the 2012/13 school year on Tuesday.
The students were greeted by members of the Wantagh Board of Education, administrators, teachers and staff. District officials said the focus for this school year is "Everybody Engaged for Excellence."
