Giovanni Caboto Lodge 2372 Annual Picnic

Giovanni Caboto Lodge holds our monthly meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.  We will be beginning once again after the summer in September. 

We are planning our annual picnic for this coming Sunday, July 15 at Noon.  Cedar Creek Park, Parking Field 6.  All are welcome to attend.  Please feel free to bring a dish or desert to share.  We will be grilling sausage and peppers, hot dogs and hamburgers, plus a few games of Bocce!

Come check us out, perhaps you would like to join our lodge and share your Italian Heritage.  New members are always welcome and wanted.  If you would like more information, please call Rosemarie DiChiara 516-458-0097.  Hope to see you there!

$20 million of the $40 million will be spent on adding a pocket track, presumably east of…Read More Massapequa. Currently, trains are reversed east of the Wantagh interlocking, and while the engineer walks through the train, it blocks the track. This addition of a "pocket track" will probably also help Wantagh commuters some times, just as an emergency pull-over space on the LIE helps.
