Mangano Announces Nassau County Executive Cup

Annual game to showcase high schooler's soccer skills with tryouts scheduled for Cedar Creek Park.

Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano announced that on Saturday, July 21, Nassau will once again host the County’s top high school and adult soccer players in the 2nd Annual Nassau County Executive Cup, which will be held at Mitchel Athletic Complex.

Boys & Girls Try-Outs will be as follows:

  • Saturday, June 16 at Cantiague Park

Girls: 6– 8 p.m.  /  Boys: 8 – 10 p.m.

  • Wednesday, June 20 at

Girls (Field 1) & Boys (Field 2): 6 – 8 p.m.

The finest high school aged boys’ and girls’ soccer players from around Nassau County will showcase their talents in front of college coaches from the tri-state area. This event will provide student athletes the opportunity to compete with the best in the county. 

“Nassau County has outstanding athletes and they are a true reflection of the exceptional athletic programs Nassau County offers,” said County Executive Mangano. “I am very proud to offer these young competitors with an opportunity to showcase their abilities in front of college coaches invited from all over the tri-state area, as they continue their pursuit of playing soccer at the collegiate level.”
