Seaford Football Win at Locust Valley to Be Shown On MSG Varsity

Vikings dominant 41-6 victory to be be broadcasted on MSG Varsity Monday night at 10:30 p.m.

The Seaford football team’s dominant victory at Locust Valley this past Saturday will be shown on television sets across Long Island Monday night.

Seaford posted a 41-6 win at Locust Valley, the same team that upset the Vikings last season, 13-12. The tape-delayed broadcast is scheduled to air at 10:30 p.m. on MSG Varsity (Cablevision’s iO TV Channel 14).

Seaford (2-0), which won its opening game 41-0 against Island Trees, is next in action at East Rockaway this Saturday starting at 1:30 p.m.

$20 million of the $40 million will be spent on adding a pocket track, presumably east ofRead More Massapequa. Currently, trains are reversed east of the Wantagh interlocking, and while the engineer walks through the train, it blocks the track. This addition of a "pocket track" will probably also help Wantagh commuters some times, just as an emergency pull-over space on the LIE helps.
