The award winning MacArthur football player and Wantagh resident just signed with Sacred Heart University.

This week, Wantagh-Seaford Patch is highlighting Whiz Kid Tommy Joyce, a Wantagh resident and standout football player at MacArthur High School who has signed a letter of intent to continue his gridiron career at Sacred Heart University.

  • Name: Tommy Joyce
  • School: MacArthur High School
  • Whiz Kid’s Accomplishment: Joyce won the 2010 , recognizing the most outstanding high school football player in Nassau County.
  • Whiz Kid’s Key to Awesomeness: Joyce has decided to take his talents on the field to Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Conn. where he will play football this fall.
