Hundreds of runners took part in the Wantagh Chamber of Commerce's 19th annual Snowball Run this past Saturday morning.
The five-mile race began and ended outside Mulcahy's Pub & Concert Hall. The overall winner in the race was Chris Koegel of Malverne with a time of 28:29, who beat out Levittown's Thomas Glenn by just one second. The top female finisher for the second year in a row was 44-year old Una Broderick of Wantagh with a time of 31:35.
