Wantagh Kiwanis Hosting Annual "Men That Cook" Fundraiser
Benefit aimed at raising funds to send local children to Camp Kiwanis slated for Saturday at Temple B'nai Torah starting at 7 p.m.
The Wantagh Kiwanis Club is hosting its 12th annual Men That Cook fundraiser this Saturday evening.
Participants in the event scheduled for 7 p.m. at Temple B’nai Torah on 2900 Jerusalem Ave., Wantagh will provide one dish each for a buffet-style dinner. Attendees will also be given $50 in gaming chips to play Vegas-style gaming. Prizes will also be raffled off.
Proceeds raised at the benefit will go toward sending local children to Camp Kiwanis and also generate scholarships for high school seniors. For further information, call 516-785-9557.
