Hot Supe With Cold Temps This Week

A look at the week ahead.

It's the week of the big game and it may be played in some difficult weather. 

Here's a look ahead:

Super Bowl: For the first time ever the Super Bowl will be played in the New York-New Jersey area. It will kick off Sunday at 6:30 p.m. with the game to be shown on FOX.  Another first adds intrigue to the meeting between the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks. Super Bowl XLVIII will mark the first time the game is played outdoors at a cold weather site. We may see some snow showers, according to the National Weather Service.

Weather: Super Bowl Sunday won't be the time we'll look at the weather this week. It's expected to be extremely cold on Tuesday and Wednesday. 

Super Snacks: The Seaford Public Library will host a young adult program on how to make snacks for the big game. It will be held Thursday at 4 p.m.

Ravioli: The Seaford Library will host a baking workshop an Wednesday that will take you through the process of making ravioli.  It will meet at 7 p.m. 

Concert: Wantagh Elementary School will hold its winter concert at 7 p.m.  at the high school auditorium.
