Community Update

I spent $1000 on two pairs of skates this summer and both skates according to the receipt come with two free bakes. Today I went in to have a totally different pair of skates baked and the owner said it would cost 25$ when it should be free, I tired to see if he could help me out I since I'm a frequent customer and he immediately just flipped out. I have seen the owner talk negatively about his customers before calling them cheap, and freeloaders often with the use of profanity in front of me. This store owner has no respect for his customers, has no sense of community being located in a great area like Wantagh, and worst is he does appear to have anger issues or just enjoys talking bad about people. If you do decide to shop here, not recommended, try not to have too much interaction with the owner, however if you have questions and are new to the sport then I definitely would never go here because his temper is just unwanted and embarrassing.
