Ladies Workout Express

Ladies Workout Express, located next to CVS in Park Plaza, is a unique fitness club for women. The club uses circuit equipment, or resistance-based machines, that were specifically designed for women to provide its members strength training and aerobic exercise. In addition, the club offers personal training, weight loss and nutrition programs, group classes, yoga and senior programs. A number of membership programs are available, and there is free babysitting for members.
