Seaford Farmers' Market Returning for Second Season

Farmers' Market will be set up next to Seaford Train Station from June 1 to late November.

The Seaford Farmers' Market will be returning for its second season on June 1.

The market, which debuted last year, will be held each Saturday morning from 7 a.m. to noon next to the Seaford Long Island Rail Road Station until late November and feature a variety of food vendors. The initiative is run by the Long Island Growers Market.

"Due to the overwhelming response to last year's Farmers' Market, the Long Island Growers' Market will be returning this season to Seaford and offering even more homemade/homegrown items,” said Seaford resident Donna Jebaily, who helped organize efforts to bring the market to her home community.

Vendors that are scheduled to be at the Seaford Farmers’ Market in 2013 include:
