An online campaign is aimed at raising money for the family of Wantagh High School graduate Betsy Liz Sirignano Alonzo.
Friends and neighbors created the GoFundMe page for her after her son Russell tragically passed away.
The page reads:
"Betsy is a 1981 Wantagh High School graduate who is loved by so many friends. Tragically her son Russell just passed away. In addition to this terrible loss, we are praying for the health of her son Vincent.
Although nothing in the world can help take her and her families pain away, we would like to help financially. Please donate any amount. No amount is too small. May God watch over their family during this heart breaking time."
