Seaford Teen to Compete with USA Football
Russ Kohler selected to play for United States Under-15 football team during International Development Week.
A 14-year old football player from Seaford will be suiting up for his country this summer.
Russ Kohler was selected to play for the United States Under-15 football team when it competes in Texas against visiting countries. The former standout fullback and defensive end at , will compete amongst the nation’s top seventh and eighth grade football players in USA Football’s Under-15 International Development Week scheduled to take place in Austin, Texas from June 29 to July 5.
Kohler will be among 200 of the top young football players from around the U.S that are divided into four teams. Each team will compete amongst both the other Team USA squads and the international teams that are present.
